How much notice do you need before I can store with you?
It depends upon the availability of the space matching your requirements, Once confirmed you can move in anytime during our office hours – access is then available 24/7.
How do I pay for my storage?
You can pay your storage fees by EFT or we can arrange a direct debit, we do not accept credit cards or cheques. You may pay your storage in cash, however any ongoing fees are required to be paid by EFT or direct debit.
What identification do I need to bring when I enter in to my storage agreement?
It is a legal requirement for customers to have current photographic identification, such as a licence, passport etc.
What size self storage containers do you have?
We have purpose built self storage containers that are 20ft (6.06m) in length, 8ft (2.43m) wide and 8.5ft (2.59m) high and have a cubic capacity of 27.9 m3.

how much can I fit in your self storage containers?
As a guide you should be able to comfortably fit the contents of a 3-4 bedroom house inside our 20ft purpose built self storage containers.
Is there a maximum or minimum rental period?
There is no maximum or minimum rental periods. Once you hire a space it simply continues on month to month or week to week until you advise us that you are vacating.
Are there any restricted Items?
Yes, objects such as weapons of any kind can not be stored, any illegal materials and any flammable materials or liquids are also not accepted.
What if I forget my gate access code?
We can reset your access code by verifying your identity. Once verified we will reset access to the facility.
What is the biggest boat or caravan I can store with Bayside Storage Solutions?
Subject to available storage area we can generally accommodate any size trailerable boat or caravan.
What security is offered?
The Bayside Storage Solutions site is monitored 24/7 by CCTV. The site is securely fenced and may only be entered by pin pad gate access with codes unique to our customers and staff.
